MySQL and MSSQL are both not easy to be compared because both of them present good features which include the data organization and usage of easy UI or user interface. Although it had never been easy to determine which one is better or reliable and who offers how many features or other supports since it greatly depends upon the personal choice and preferences. MySQL and SQL have all the same basic database development tools but some extra features are added to SQL server as extra options.

The best advice for the users is to give a try to both of these servers to get first hand experience and knowledge of both of these platforms.
