All of us want the quickest, fastest, shortcut, instant way to do something. No one wants to work hard and long to get what they want.
So is there really a short cut to a successful profitable email list? Yes... and No! There is a shortcut to discovering the best, quickest, easiest methods of list building. But there is no shortcut to having to do the work.
If you are smart and discover what I'll reveal here then you can work less... shortcut the number of hours of work and still get the results you want.
Here's the shortcut:
Google "building an email list", or "internet marketing list building", or "email list building" or "opt-in list building". Or any other term you think will bring you information about building a profitable email list. Go to each of the top 5-10 sites listed. You can even check out some of the paid ad sites too.
Scan their squeeze page, if the material sounds like it will be helpful then go ahead and opt-in, sign up for their free ebook or report. Don't pay for anything, don't buy their materials. (Never buy an ebook or report unless you know something about the quality of the material you're going to get.)
You should then be able to download the free ebook or free report. Read through the materials.
Take out a clean sheet of paper and make a Craig list of the ideas you find most helpful. Those ideas you feel you can accomplish and will work for you. Do that for each ebook and report.
If you find some of the free information of little value immediately unsubscribe to that person's follow-up emails you'll be receiving. If the information is useful and interesting then go ahead and read a few of the follow-up emails you'll be receiving. If they are always trying to sell you something, un-subscribe. If they continue to provide good quality information and content then by all means keep reading.
Using this shortcut, you will find more than enough methods to get your started on your list building endeavors.You may want at a later day actually purchase some advanced information from some of the sources that proved to be most helpful for you.
