Much waiting widget from PostRank has been released today, notified by Melanie's email. The latest version of PostRank Top posts / popular posts widget.
I have written a post about creating popular posts widget with PostRank feed months ago which received good response among bloggers: Popular posts widget with PostRank Feed. It has significantly increase my blog's readership since then. Readers tend to know what other readers are reading and what are the most popular posts in your blog. Now i am going to switch over to PostRank widget. You can take a look on it at my sidebar.
One good thing i found out from the widget is, you can show more than 5 popular posts from your blog, up to 15 popular posts! This is a good news for me because my readers can find out more about my articles, not limited by 5 only.In short, benefits to your blog:
a) Increase readership - Help readers to discover most engaging topics or overall content.
b) Maximize revenue - readers stay longer, more views, more links and this translate to more impression and more clicks on ads.
c) Uncover hidden gems - Older content stays as visible and relevant as your most recent posts and continues to draw significant reader engagement.
Improvements on the latest Post Rank widget:
a) Top posts and topic searchb) Your look and feelc) Customized RSS subscriptionsd) Easy installation
If you have not register your blog to PostRank, dont worry, they have made it much more easier.-> Just go to PostRank Publisher Click get widget button choose your blog application (other option will be copying the script which they will provide later) type your blog url into the box The box will display: The feed is currently not indexed.
