You need two things before you can create your website. You need a hosting account and you need a domain name. Usually, you can buy both of them from the same company. Once you get those two things set up, you're ready to install Wordpress.
The first thing you need to do is go to your control panel. After you sign in, that's usually the default location. If not, find the button that says control panel and click on it.
When you get to the control panel, you should look for an icon called Fantastico. Fantastico allows 1 click install for Wordpress. Click on the icon and you'll be taken to a new page where you need to find Install Wordpress in the left column.
Once you click on Install Wordpress in the left sidebar, it will take you to a new screen where you'll need to input some information. Some web hosting accounts might have a different control panel. In that case, you might have to look for the WordPress button instead of the Fantastico button. It's the same process, but different hosting companies use different scripts to automatically install WordPress.
Once everything is installed properly, you'll probably want to set up your blog to maximize the SEO benefits from WordPress. To do that, you can install SEO plugins, you can use keywords in strategic locations and you can write content targeted for your market.
